Our 30-day Happiness Guarantee is here to make eligible returns straightforward. Please read the conditions below before sending an item back.

Eligibility

• Window: contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: items must be unused, in the condition received and in their original packaging, with labels included where applicable.
• Proof: provide your order number; for a defective or incorrect item, include clear photos.

Items that cannot usually be returned

Unless defective or incorrectly supplied, final-sale, personalised or made-to-order items and products identified on their listing as non-returnable are excluded. The product page and applicable law govern any specific exception.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the applicable instructions and return address. Please wait for those instructions before mailing anything.

Return postage

Return postage is normally paid by the buyer. If an item is defective or we supplied the wrong item, contact us first so we can explain the resolution and any postage covered for that case.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will email you about the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time can vary by bank or card provider.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy.

Exchanges and cancellations

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order; once fulfilment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
